Each swimmer is eligible for two catch-up lessons per term. Any unused catch-up lessons can not be banked or rolled over the future terms.

To redeem your catch-up lesson, you must complete the request form before the missed lesson. As our catch-up scheme utilises any notified missed lessons, we regrettably can not offer a catch-up lesson if we are notified after a missed session.

It is not possible to book a catch-up that is back to back with your current lesson.

The team will be in touch within 5 working days of submission of the catch-up request form. We regret that we cannot book catch-up lessons over the phone or at the poolside.

Swimmers learn best when taught by teachers who understand each individual in the class. We strive to ensure that every swimmer is happy and comfortable in our lessons. We offer swimmers a free trial session to ensure that parents and children alike are happy with our teaching support. The trial also enables our teachers to determine each swimmer’s ability and place everyone in a class that continually aids their water confidence and progression.
