The Hayes Primary School

Free roadside parking is available around the school site.
There is no on-site parking, however parking is readily available directly outside the school and on surrounding residential roads.
Please be aware the area becomes busy during school pick-up times (2:45pm – 3:45pm). We kindly ask all customers to park considerately and respect local residents.

The pool is located on the left-hand side of the school site. Follow the walkway down the side of the staff car park towards the school field. When you reach the field fence, the pool entrance will be on your right. Enter through the double doors into the pool reception area.

This warm and welcoming pool is ideally suited for young children and beginner swimmers, supporting progression up to Stage 3 (10m swimming competence).
The bright and shallow environment helps swimmers build confidence, with our instructors teaching in the water for added reassurance. Parents can choose to stay close by on poolside seating or relax in the reception viewing area.

Accessibility

The reception area and poolside are fully accessible for customers with mobility needs.
An accessible changing room and toilet are also available.

Spectators

Parents and guardians are welcome to watch lessons from the poolside seating area or the reception area.
Please note: photography and filming are strictly prohibited during all Great Waves sessions.
